Courtney Stoner, DBD

Courtney Stoner, M.S., is the market director of business development for Helen M. Simpson Rehabilitation Hospital and Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital. She collaborates with the hospitals’ joint venture partners to coordinate safe, timely transitions for patients from general hospitals to a specialty rehabilitation program.

Courtney leads a team of field-based clinicians who help more than 2,500 patients navigate the admissions process each year. She also develops and implements strategic plans and related marketing initiatives for both hospitals.

Prior to joining Select Medical in 2018, she held various leadership positions with the Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania, three central Pennsylvania health systems and Dentsply International, in both business development and community health improvement.

Courtney holds a Master of Science in health communication from Tufts University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in biology and communications from Albright College.
